The most disgusting thing about this situation (besides the rape and the racial slurs, of course) is how the mainstream media continues to reduce the victim to a "stripper" or "exotic dancer."

It is as if the media says that by labeling the victim as a "stripper" they then protect the innocence of the accused.....surely they didn't do it, after all she is a "stripper" It is a shame that it is that which keeps many from getting the justice they deserve!
the future male lawyers in my crim law class said that if a girl goes home w/ a guy from a bar, she should know that hes getting laid, one way or another...hmmm i think thats AWESOME

But you realize, of course, "sex workers" can't be raped. It's part of the job description. That's what they all seem to think.
yea people think that they had it coming...its sad that people think this way and we all know. So what are we going to do to change it....
